Head Injury Assessment and Treatment Services billing and reporting
Reporting requirements
The following reports will be sent to WorkSafeBC and the attending physician within the timeframes listed:
Within five (5) business days of the following services:
- Concussion Screening Clinic: Intake/Education Session and Cognitive Screen reports
- Community Integration: Development of Community Care Plan
- Medical Examination
- Functional Screening Assessment
- Job Site Visit
- Facilitated Work Services
- Head Injury Assessment Services
Within ten (10) business days of the following services:
- Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessment
- Neuro-occupational Therapy Assessment (two day)
- Interdisciplinary Diagnostic Assessment

The Head Injury Assessment and Treatment Services invoice (PDF 164kb) should be faxed with the Discharge Report to WorkSafeBC at 1 888 669-9970.
