For services provided to injured workers, physicians will invoice WorkSafeBC electronically using HIBC's Teleplan system.
Services billable to WorkSafeBC include both MSP fee items (e.g. office visits) and fee items unique to WorkSafeBC (e.g. fees for submitting Forms 8 and 11). See Form 8/11 Completion Guidelines (PDF 162kb) on how to bill via Teleplan or view the Physician Reference Guide. (This document is temporarily unavailable. Please call Health Care Services at 604 232-7787, or toll free at 1 866 244-6404, and press “0” to speak with a receptionist.) Premiums including those for electronic submission of invoices and Form 8/11s will automatically be calculated and paid by the system.
