Resume & cover letter preparation

When helping injured workers return to work, our Vocational Rehabilitation Services team may refer them for resume and cover letter preparation services. We enter into long-term contracts with providers of these services. As part of the contract, we have specific reporting requirements.

Resume and cover letter services

Clients who are referred to you for resume and cover letter assistance already know their occupational goal and job targets. You'll help them highlight their education, qualifications, experience, and skills in professional quality resumes and cover letters they will use to job search on their own.

Submitting reports

Once you've prepared the resumes and cover letters, we'll need a report summarizing your assistance. Please use our Vocational Rehabilitation Services Resume and Cover Letter Preparation Final Report (Form 65D41) and submit your report using our Provider Portal. You will need to refer to the contract you sign with us for specifics about what to include in the report and how to submit it.

Please note that we can't process your invoice until we've received your report.

We ask that you also submit a copy of the worker's resume and cover letter, using Form ID 65D105. You can also submit these using our Provider Portal.
