Appeal decisions from January 1, 2000 can be searched online. Before January 1, 2000, Appeal Division decisions identified parties and witnesses involved in each decision. Consequently, most pre-January 1, 2000 decisions cannot be posted on WorkSafe online without violating these individuals' right to privacy. All Review Division decisions since November 2003 are published online.
Selected Appeal Division decisions from 1991 to date are edited and published as part of the Workers' Compensation Reporter. Most Appeal Division decisions under Section 11 of the Act filed in British Columbia court registries since 1991 are available online and the rest will be added. Decisions filed in registries are publicly available documents and normally are unedited.
