Appeal Division - Important Notice
Effective March 3, 2003, the workers' compensation review and appeal system has been reorganized into two organizations — the independent external Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal and the WorkSafeBC Review Division. This means that the WorkSafeBC Appeal Division no longer exists.
Some information on the Appeal Division web site may still be useful to you, but questions regarding workers' compensation review matters should directed to the WorkSafeBC Review Division at:
