For the most part, the transition to the Claims Management Solutions (CMS) system does not affect how employers do business with WorkSafeBC.
We will continue to provide the best possible service to employers and keep disruptions to a minimum. However, given the magnitude of the change, the transition to a new system has resulted in some service delays. Our staff are working very hard to improve this situation.
