“I really enjoy working with different groups within WorkSafeBC to find creative IT solutions for a variety of business challenges. My work involves everything from system upgrades and enhancements, to finding new ways to use systems in place, to designing totally new systems to meet unique departmental needs.
I get a great deal of satisfaction seeing a project progress from the early stages of defining a problem, right through to implementation. And because all departments want to take advantage of new technology, quickly, and with as little disruption as possible, I get to directly participate in that process, and grow both my managerial and IT skill sets at the same time.”
