Case Manager
Worker & Employer Services Division
Kelowna, B.C.

“As a case manager, I'm responsible for providing the best customer service to all injured workers on my caseload by making sure their voices are heard throughout the claims process. I make sure that every worker is paid correctly and on time. And, most importantly, I ensure that they get the medical and rehabilitation treatment they need to recover from their injuries and achieve a safe and durable return to work.

At its heart, my job is about building trusting relationships with my co-workers and customers — including workers, employers, and medical providers. I love the variety that this work brings and look forward to coming into work everyday because of the strong bond I share with my team. Together with the nurse advisor, team assistant, and the other important team members, I'm always encouraged to incorporate new techniques and approaches in helping injured workers get back to work.

At WorkSafeBC, we make a difference in workers' lives, and that's inspiring.”
