WorkSafeBC is organized into three main operational divisions that report to the president: Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Services, and Worker and Employer Services. Each division is managed by a senior vice-president who is appointed by the president. There are also four areas that report directly to the president: Review; Business Analysis, Corporate Communication and Marketing; Internal Audit; and Legal Services.
