WorkSafeBC is organized into four main operational divisions that report to the president: Finance, Human Resources and Facilities, Corporate Services, and Worker and Employer Services. Each division is managed by a vice-president who is appointed by the president. There are also three areas that report directly to the president: Internal Audit, Legal Services, and Industry Services and Sustainability.
