WorkSafeBC is organized into four main operational divisions that report to the president: Finance and Information Technology; Human Resources and Facilities; Policy, Investigations and Review; and Worker and Employer Services. Each division is managed by a vice-president who is appointed by the president. There are also two areas that report directly to the president: Internal Audit and Legal Services.
